The one small problem we had with the system’s operation early on was quickly resolved, and the system has worked flawlessly since. Once again, Guy and I would like to thank you for doing such a great job installing our central air conditioning. As with the job you did installing our new boiler last year, this year's job was completed with the same care and attention to detail. Your staff arrived on time on the specified date and worked extremely hard. The crew was once again courteous and pleasant. Of course your staff was also very attentive to cleaning up after themselves, which I greatly appreciated. They even put my central vacuum hose away when they were done.

We were very impressed with the obvious amount of planning that went into installing our system. We're sure that the fact that we had no ductwork due to our baseboard heating coupled with the fact that our family room's cathedral ceilings with no room for the ductwork above the ceiling proved extremely challenging. We were also very happy that you could accommodate us by recommending the variable-speed air handler with the air purifier so that we could filter the air circulating in the house all year round to remove the allergens. As Tabitha and I both suffer from moderate to severe allergies, this feature will be very beneficial. Even though the weather has not been conducive to air conditioning, we have had the air purifier on from day one and I definitely do see a difference in our health.

Please be assured that we will always recommend Ultra to anyone looking for plumbing, heating or A/C work without hesitation. Our experience with contractors has proven difficult at times -- not showing up when they're supposed to, not cleaning up after the job is complete, not returning phone calls, not completing the job on time, etc. -- but Ultra has proven to us that there are honest, reliable contractors out there and we consider ourselves lucky to have found you.

From he first phone contact, to the punctual early morning visit from Paul, to the planning session with Paul and Guy to the actual installation by Lance and his two helpers-everything was professional, timely, and thorough.

Guy and Lance dealt with the special challenges of reaching the Kitchen and the Den (neither of which had closets in the floor above them) with imagination. Lance turned the scheme into reality by his ingenuity. It was all done with the utmost respect for our home. It was done with good humor. They were extremely neat to begin with and then they cleaned up very nicely after themselves.

I have had work done on the house before and when asked to recommend the workers I have usually been able to be generally positive-but there has always been a caveat. I can sincerely say of ULTRA that I will be recommending them to friends unconditionally.
