meeting with one of our "conceptual coordinators" to
best meet your goals and objectives. This process is followed
with a detailed written proposal. Our fully staffed office is
a phone call or an e-mail away to answer any questions you may
have.
The next step on the journey to "Ensuring Indoor Comfort"
is a design layout with one of our project managers. At this point
we will discuss the "job specifics" and exactly what
to expect. We will take as much time as needed to make sure you
are 100% comfortable with the entire scope of work. Following
this meeting, the Ultra team will begin the technical aspects
of your project. We use the latest technology to develop the proper
sizing and design. Of course, we use our 50 years of experience
as well.
Next begins the installation process. From placing a drop cloth
when we walk in to a quick sweep when we are done, the Ultra team
will be working hard to ensure that every detail of the installation
is done right. Our mechanics and technicians are all directly
employed by Ultra. For your protection, employees are bonded and
covered by Workman’s Compensation. In addition to being
entirely competent in their job, you will find them polite, neat
and courteous.
The final step is the most fun. We start and test the system.
While you sit back and begin to enjoy your new indoor comfort
